‘MPoints’ is a point-based programme designed to reward Mbank Credit Card holders like you, based on spends and usage of your Mbank Credit Card(s). These MPoints can then be redeemed and used towards purchase of airline tickets, hotel reservations, electronic products, restaurant vouchers, gift vouchers of leading brands, points exchange program and much more!

How do I access MPoints rewards portal?
MPoints rewards portal is linked directly with your Mbank mobile banking application, so you don’t need any extra login or password. Simply:
- Log in to your Mbank Mobile App.
- Tap on the “MPoints” icon.
- You will be taken straight to the rewards section to explore and redeem your MPoints.

What is the validity of MPoints rewards?
MPoints are valid for a period of two years from the date they are earned. Any MPoint not redeemed during the validity period will automatically expire and the validity cannot be extended.

Do I earn MPoints on my supplementary card spending?
Yes, if you have any supplementary Mbank Credit Card(s) linked to your primary card, you will automatically earn MPoints on eligible spends across all cards.
These MPoints can be redeemed only by you as the primary cardholder using the Mbank mobile banking application.
